Hello NHI Wolves!
I wanted to start this post by thanking everyone who has been so kind in welcoming me to Nature Hill. This is clearly a special place and I am so excited to be here. I also wanted to apologize for the delay in sending an update. I will continue to communicate via monthly updates in the same way that Mr. Curtis had.
It has been great to see everyone back from a well deserved spring break. April has brought with the start of track and field at NHI. We have over 100 students participating this year! Students and staff are also working hard on preparing for the student directed play "The Wacky Wizard of Oz". April is a relatively slow month for after school events, but May quickly makes up for that!
Again, thanks to everyone who has supported me in the transition to NHI. Also, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding.

PTO News
PTO continues to work plan for the upcoming Fun Run. The theme this year is "Run your Sock Off." We are excited for this annual fund raiser. Students should have received information from their home room teachers regarding the Fun Run and how to raise donations. If you need more information please see the this flyer. If you are interested in helping with the Fun Run please contact Dee Marincic at dede.mu@hotmail.com . This is the only fundraiser that NHI PTO does and our goal is to raise $15,000. Some of the money we raise will be used to support new seating options for school events, social-emotional learning opportunities, and playground equipment. Thanks in advance for your participation.
Upcoming events at Nature Hill
As we move from April to May the calendar gets very busy at NHI. Please mark your calendars with the following events. Individual classroom or grade-level activities will be shared with your by your child's teacher.
